|We would like to inform our Guests that by reserving in the Hotel’s booking system based on the above mentioned conditions the Guest undertakes to accept the general rules of the Hotel.
we keep the room until 16:00 p.m. -at the arrival day- for those guests who made a reservation throw to the phone. For an extra request we can keep the reserved room after 16:00 p.m.
we keep the room until 18:00 p.m. -at the arrival day- for those guests who made a reservation in written form. For an extra request we can keep the reserved room after 18:00 p.m., otherwise we delete the reservation.
The Hotel can provide baby bed, baby bath tub, feeder equipment.
the restaurant opens between 07:00-10:00 a.m. If the Guest does not have time to have breakfast (e.g.: early flight) we can provide a “cold package” upon prior request.
There is a possibility to request a “cold package” (over the above mentioned free option) which cost is 1.200,-HUF/person.
Credit card guarantee
We ask for credit card guarantee from our Guests at reservation. We require the credit card data for the reservation guarantee (name of the card holder, card number, expiry date), precharging the card is taking place during high or frequented season.
in case of private reservations, two days prior to the arrival the reserved service can be cancelled free of charge. In high seasons, or with special luggages the cancellation conditions may vary from this.
in case of cancelling within two days prior to arrival, or in case the Guest is not showing up, the Guest is obliged to pay the full reservation cost as cancellation fee. The modification of the reservation or reserved services is only accepted in written form.
We are a Non-Smoking Hotel!
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire Hotel building! Please note, that our Hotel is charging 100,-EUR penalty for breaking the nin-smoking regulation!
Payment is necessary at the arrival (check-in)!
